(B) CT angiography shows 2 arterial branches (black and white arrowheads) which were reconstructed by conjoined anastomosis at just distal to the anastomotic site on the recipient’s external iliac artery. (C and D) Percutaneous transluminal arteioplasty successfully dilated the stenotic arterial branch (arrows).
