Expression of TYROBP genes in hypoxic human kidney (HK-2) cells identified by time PCR. The relative message abundance of TYROBP was detected by real time RT-PCR. The total RNA was obtained from HK-2 cells collected at 0 or 24 hours after hypoxia. The gene expression values are represented by relative to actin-β expression units (mean (2 independent experiments) ± SD). Changes in the gene expression between sham treated and hypoxia treated cells were evaluated by unpaired t-test and P < 0.05 was considered significant.
