The rates of MAU (%, 95% CI) in these groups were 2.6% (95% CI: 1.9–3.3%), 3.1% (95% CI: 2.3–3.9%), 2.5% (95% CI: 1.8–3.2%), 6.2% (95% CI: 5.1–7.3%), 6.3% (95% CI: 5.2–7.4%). b.
