  5. 5The list of counties and their relative contributions were as follows.
  6. Donegal (n = 101,587), Sligo (n = 50,264), Leitrim (n = 22,356), Galway (n = 329), Derry (n = 418), Cavan (n = 1,251), Tyrone (n = 319), Roscommon (n = 2,403), Mayo (n = 5,546), Fermanagh (n = 158), Longford (n = 229), Westmeath (n = 15). Information on home address was unrecorded for 21,854 patients.
