  3. Differences among the groups were analyzed by a one-way ANOVA. The multiple comparisons for urinary protein excretion, interstitial fibrosis, and extracapillary proliferation were performed by Tukey’s HSD mean separation tests. Categorical data were determined by χ2 tests. A: P < 0.001 vs. Group 1; B: P = 0.02 vs. Group 2; C: P = 0.009 vs. Group 1; D: P = 0.02 vs. Group 1.
