Mid Morning:

Fruit 1 (100 gm)

Lunch:

Cereal + Starch Flour 120 gm (e.g. Rice Flour 60 gm + Arrowroot Flour 60 gm2) Vegetable 300 gm (e.g. Suran Vegetable3 + Dudhi Aloo Vegetable4)

Lentil 10 gm (e.g. Thin Dal5) OR Yoghurt (Cow Milk based) 50 gm

Teatime:

Fruit 1 (100 gm)

Dinner:

Cereal + Starch Flour 120 gm (e.g. Rice Flour 60 gm + Arrowroot 60 gm)

Vegetable 300 gm (e.g. Arbi Vegetable6+ Beans Potato Vegetable7)

Lentil 10 gm (e.g. Thin Dal) OR Yoghurt (Cow Milk based) 50 gm

To use Oil and Ghee 6 tsp/day
