Lentil 10 gm (e.g. Thin Dal5) OR Yoghurt (Cow Milk based) 50 gm
Teatime: Fruit 1 (100 gm)
Dinner: Cereal + Starch Flour 120 gm (e.g. Rice Flour 60 gm + Arrowroot 60 gm)
