Each node is a KEGG pathway item, and node size is proportional to the pathway significance. Edge between nodes mean that they share common genes, and the width of the edge is proportional to the number of common genes. Pathways are classified into several functional groups (different node color) accordance with the kappa value. The most significant pathway of each group labels with a highlighted color.
