Grading of abdominal aortic calcification. For all segments both the anterior and posterior wall are graded for the extent of vascular calcification. Grading: 0 points: No calcific deposits; 1 point: less than 1/3 of the wall calcified; 2 points : between 1/3 and 2/3 of the wall affected; 3 points : more than 2/3 of the wall affected. The right panel shows an example of this calculation
