Conceptual calculation of IDCR using interdialytic serum creatinine values (Cr) obtained at recorded times (t). If the immediate post- and pre- dialysis creatinine values are obtained, IDCR is calculated as IDCR = (CrpreHD – CrpostHD) / (tpreHD – tpostHD). Otherwise IDCR is calculated from the creatinine values in the same interdialytic period as, IDCR = (Cr2 – Cr1) / (t2 – t1)
