Rankogram: ranking the interventions for the probability of being the best, the interventions are colour coded; the first column represents the chance of being first best and 2nd column is the chance of being 2nd best and so on. i.e. the first column represent the chance of being first best cmparing all interventions out of100% and the second represent the chance of being second best out of 100% up to last column in this case number 44 (nuber of interventions); the overall ranking for each treatment is the sum of scores through out the 44 compasrisons. The overall numerical value is presented in Table 3
