The estimates are depicted by the bold solid line with the 95% confidence interval in dotted lines. The crude annual eGFR slope was −3.60 ± 4.00 ml/min/1.73m2 pre-AVF and of −2.28 ± 3.56 ml/min/1.73 m2 post-AVF (mean difference 1.28 ml/min/1.73m2; 95% CI: 0.49, 2.07; p = 0.002)
