an absolute increase in the serum creatinine level by ≥0.5 mg/dL from the baseline within 48–72 h after CM exposure

Lian

an increase in the serum creatinine level by > 0.3 mg/dL or ≥ 50% from the baseline within 48–72 h after CM exposure

Lin
