Age-specific KDOQI serum phosphorus target levels were defined as: ≤1.78 mmol/dL for adolescents ≥12 years to < 18 years old and ≤ 1.94 mmol/dL for children ≥10 years to < 12 years old. Data are presented for patients from per-protocol set 2, which included all patients who received LC for at least 8 weeks during part 2 and/or part 3, and who had serum phosphorus data available for analysis, and calculated based on the number of patients with serum phosphorus data available for each time point
