Adjusted beta estimates and 95% confidence intervals for association between kidney function and cognitive performance. Models using all data were adjusted for age, sex, education, Townsend deprivation index, country of birth, physical activity, hypertension, diabetes, alcohol use, smoking, body mass index, lipid lowering and antihypertensive drugs. Matched data based on 1:2 propensity score matching was based on the same covariate set as models using all data. Albuminuria was defined as ACR ≥ 2.5 mg/mmol for men and ACR ≥ 3.5 mg/mmol for women.
