Bar chart shows that CKD confirmed by proteinuria ≥  + 1 and/or KDIGO eGFR criteria of < 60 ml/min/1.73m2 determined by CKD EPI 2009 without race factor identified the highest number of patients with CKD at 15.1% while CKD EPI 2009 with race factor identified the least number of patients at 12.8%
