Model 1 was adjusted for age, sex, and Framingham cohort. Model 2 was adjusted for age, sex, Framingham cohort, and clinical risk factors including baseline estimated glomerular filtration rate, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and dipstick proteinuria.
