Relative expression of the catalytic alpha (α) domain of AMPK in proximal tubular cells derived from α1 -/- and α2 -/- knockout (KO) mice. The relative expression of the α1 and α2 isoforms of AMPK, as well as of the total α domain (α1 + α2), was evaluated in immunoblots of lysates from confluent mouse proximal tubular (MPT) cells derived from the kidneys of either α1-/- or α2-/- KO mice, or their WT controls.
