Percentage of patients with CKD progression by category of echocardiographic parameters. The incidence of the composite renal outcome (doubling of serum creatinine or initiation of maintenance dialysis or kidney transplantation) was calculated for each quartile of LVd, LVM, LVMi, LAd, and PAP. For LVEF, the following cutoffs were used: < 25%, 25–39%, 40–54%, ≥55%.
