Renal function in rats with sham or renal ablation/infarction (A/I) operation. 4 weeks after sham or 5/6 ablation/infarction (A/I) operation, SD rats were treated with vehicle or 100 mg/kg MLB by i.p. once daily for another 8 weeks. The levels of serum creatinine (Scr; a),Blood urea nitrogen (BUN; b),24-h urinary protein (24hUp; c), Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP; d) and Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP; e) were measured at 4 weeks and 12 weeks after operation.
