The median value of the eGFRcr slope was − 1.83 mL/min/1.73 m2/year (interquartile range [IQR]: − 8.39 to 3.86 mL/min/1.73 m2/year) (a). Of the subjects enrolled in the study (n = 1323), 503 (38%) met the criteria for rapid progression based on the eGFRcr slope.
