Principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) of gut microbiota based on OTUs. Phylogenetic tree-based distances between gut microbial communities of individuals were analyzed by using Bray-Curtis distance, Jaccard, unweighted and weighted UniFrac metric. No significant differences existed in the distances of fecal microbial community before and after initial therapy (p > 0.05). Each dot represents for one sample.
