  1. Continuous data are presented as median (interquartile range) and categorical as number (percentage).
  2. ^P-values calculated by Mann-Whitney test for continuous data and Chi-squared test for categorical data, comparing living with deceased donor recipients. A p-value of < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.

  6. Albumin was measured in g/L and converted to g/dL by dividing by 10
