Complete response (CR)

Decline in urine PCR to ≤ 0.5 g/g (≤ 50 mg/mmol); return of serum Cr previous baseline

Partial response (PR)

 > 50% decrease in urine PCR; if there was nephrotic-range proteinuria, then reduction to < 3,000 mg/g [< 300 mg/mmol] AND; stabilization (± 25%), or improvement of serum Cr, but not to normal

No response

Failure to achieve CR or PR
