Clinical course of the patient. Induction therapy for kidney transplantation was performed using methylprednisolone (mPSL), tacrolimus (TAC), mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), and everolimus (EVL). Soon after kidney transplantation, triglyceride levels increased together with an increase in proteinuria. At 6 months after the transplantation, intensive lipid-lowering therapy using pemafibrate was started. One year after the transplantation, the patient’s renal function and proteinuria had not improved
