Effect of PERLA® organ preservation solution on oxidative stress and rat kidney function. PERLA® effectively decreased oxidative stress by enhancing antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT, GPx), resulting in reduced lipid peroxidation (MDA, CD) and protein oxidation (CP, PSH). This led to a decrease in cytolysis (LDH) and the preservation of kidney function, as evidenced by lower creatinine levels.
